Free delivery is always available, express delivery (in 2-4 hours from the moment of receipt of the order) and immediate delivery (in 1 hour from the moment of receipt of the order) are available when the volume of orders allows it and we can be within the delivery time.

In case of delivery to a workplace, we make sure to be within working hours. If the working hours are special or your order is placed close to the end of the hours, then be sure to choose one of the fast delivery services. For the best planning of deliveries, if it is for a workplace with specific hours, we prefer to place the order as early as possible.

1) Free same day shipping and flower delivery

Free flower delivery is valid for same day delivery but with an open delivery time. The delivery will be made, after the recipient has been contacted by phone and will be at the delivery location in a time frame of at least 2 hours to ensure the delivery. Flowers are delicate and we try to transport them in the best possible way so that you can enjoy them more after receiving them. Of course, if there is an accompanying gift such as a cake, chocolates, etc., the evolution of the delivery should be problem-free to ensure the quality of the accompanying gifts.

In free delivery the driver follows a route with several orders, so the delivery and time will be arranged with the driver before leaving our store.

Flower deliveries are made by our own means to ensure quality and consistency.

In the comments of the order several customers put a desired delivery time, we try to make deliveries according to the instructions of our customers but this is not guaranteed. The delivery of the gift will take place within the day you have put in your order after contacting the recipient to agree on the delivery interval. The cost of this service is 20 euros and you will only find it available in the morning hours when possible.

What applies to all delivery services?

If we cannot contact the recipient and ensure they are at the delivery location, the delivery of your flowers is delayed until we are sure someone will receive the flowers.

In the event that you assure us that the recipient will be available at the delivery location and for some reason this is not the case, the driver will contact you and if no solution is found at that time, the flowers will be returned to the store. Reshipping can be arranged for an extra charge if you wish, otherwise you can drop by and pick them up from our store.
