Pale straw yellow color, fine and persistent foam, delicate aromas and flavors of fruit and flowers, harmonious in its subtly sweet structure. It goes ideally with seafood dishes, such as raw salmon, sautéed shrimp and tuna carpaccio. Excellent as an aperitif and between meals.
