Frequently asked questions about flower delivery outside Attica

Can I send flowers same-day to the rest of Greece?

To many cities and areas, yes. Same-day delivery outside Attica depends on the time of your order and the availability of the local partner florist, so there is no single cut-off time for the whole country. Call us on +30 210 531 3623 before ordering and we will tell you straight away whether same-day delivery is possible for that particular area. For deliveries within Attica, same-day orders are accepted until 20:00.

How much does flower delivery outside Attica cost?

Products start at €[XX]. Delivery is free in all areas covered by our network. In villages and remote areas where there is no partner florist an additional charge may apply, and if it does, it is shown in your basket before you complete the order.

How are the flowers delivered outside Attica?

The arrangement is prepared by a selected partner florist in the recipient's area, following the photograph and description of the product you chose. This way the flowers come from the local market and don't have to travel from Athens to their destination. We coordinate and monitor the order from start to completed delivery.

Which cities and islands do you deliver flowers to?

We deliver throughout mainland Greece and to many Greek islands — from Thessaloniki, Ioannina and Patras to Kalamata, Heraklion, Rhodes and Corfu. If you can't find the recipient's area in our list, call us on +30 210 531 3623 and we will check availability before you complete your order.

What happens if the recipient is not at the address?

If the recipient still can't be found, we keep trying to reach them by SMS, Viber or WhatsApp. The flowers can then be left with a family member or delivered again at a time that suits, in consultation with you.

Will I be notified when my order is delivered?

Yes. Your order status is updated at every stage and you receive a notification by email or SMS, depending on the contact details you gave us — from order confirmation and preparation through to completed delivery.

Can I add a personal message to my order?

Yes. Every order can be accompanied by a free greeting card carrying your personal message, which you write during checkout. If you would prefer the delivery to be anonymous, simply leave the card unsigned.

Do you send funeral wreaths to other cities?

Yes, to many areas throughout Greece. Because wreaths usually have to be delivered to a specific church, cemetery or funeral home within a narrow time frame, we recommend calling us on +30 210 531 3623 so we can coordinate the delivery with the local florist.

Can I order from abroad for delivery in Greece?

Yes. You can order online from outside Greece for flower delivery anywhere in the country. Prices are shown in euros and all delivery times refer to Greek local time.
